Thank you for shopping at brooke+hudson. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with our products and services. Please review our policy for eligibility and procedures regarding shipping and returns.

Shipping Policy

The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • U.S. Domestic: 1-2 Weeks
  • Canada Standard: 2-3 weeks
  • Europe/International Standard: 1-4 weeks depending on location

Important Note:  During holidays or peak times, shipping may take longer due to increased volume or carrier delays. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, any shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control.  Handmade products may take between 2-4 weeks to be delivered in the US and outside the US.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted on all unworn items within 30 days of purchase. To process your return please email us at Support@brookehudson.com. 

Damaged or Lost Items

Damaged Items: If your item arrived broken or damaged:

  • Action Required: Email us at support@brookehudson.com with a photo of the damaged product, your order number, and shipping details.
  • Resolution: We will either reship the item free of charge or issue you a refund.

Lost Items: If your package is missing:

  1. Confirm with Carrier: Check with the shipping carrier regarding delays or missing packages.
  2. Contact us at support@brookehudson.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date.

Important Exceptions:

  • We are not responsible for misdelivered items due to incorrect addresses entered during checkout.
  • If the carrier marks the package as “delivered” but it is missing, you must file a claim with the carrier. If you purchased shipping protection (e.g., Route), please make your claim through your insurance provider.

Personalized Products

  • No Returns: Personalized items (e.g., products featuring names, dates, or custom sign-offs) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Discounts: In rare cases, we may offer a store credit or discount on a future purchase at our discretion.

Please review all personalized details carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our fast processing times, cancellations may be accepted during a 2–3-hour window after your order is placed. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • If eligible for cancellation, refunds will exclude any credit card transaction and shipping fees.

Customer Error Policy

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to customer errors, such as:

  • Incorrect order details (e.g., name misspellings, dates, or addresses).
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind. We encourage customers to double-check all details prior to finalizing their order.
